Role Overview
Client is seeking a client-facing Technical Project Manager to support a growing Professional Services team. This role will manage implementation and migration projects as clients transition from existing platforms to client's workload automation software. The engagement is initially contract-based to help manage increased workload, with the possibility of becoming longer-term.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing implementation and migration projects
- Oversee migrations across cloud-native, on-prem/mainframe, and hybrid environments
- Own end-to-end project delivery, including:
- Timeline and milestone management
- Budget oversight
- Internal and client-facing status reporting
- Stakeholder coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner closely with internal engineering and professional services teams
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong background in implementation and/or migration projects
- Proven client-facing project leadership experience
- Comfortable managing budgets and executive-level reporting
- Strong experience with:
- MS Project (primary PM tool - required)
- Smartsheet (project tracking)
- Jira (ticketing)
- Confluence (documentation/change tracking)
- PMP certification not required
