* Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Business Analysts, QA, Operations, Support) to deliver value in a predictable cadence.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ways of working as appropriate (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), while adapting to the delivery model of each initiative.
* Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and success measures; ensure alignment on scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes.
* Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, readiness assessments, and adoption support.
* Support release planning and execution, including cutover planning, go/no-go checkpoints, and post-implementation monitoring.
