About the Role:
Join a forward-thinking technology team as a Technical Business Analyst IV, focused on high-impact telecom projects in a hybrid work environment (three days onsite in Alpharetta, GA). You will directly influence the success of dynamic, cross-functional teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable project plans and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes. This is your opportunity to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced Agile setting, interact with C-level stakeholders, and be at the forefront of telecom innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Guide telecom projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, manage milestones, track budgets, and allocate resources efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule cross-functional teams (developers, network engineers, analysts, business stakeholders)
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Use AI tools to optimize project management and reduce process friction
- Lead project kick-off meetings, provide progress updates, and facilitate effective team communication
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations using Google Slides
- Monitor, report, and escalate project issues to ensure timely resolution
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Required
Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of technology experience, with a strong background in telecommunications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expert proficiency with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence
- Advanced skills in Google Docs, Slides, Forms, and Sheets
- Demonstrated exposure to AI tools in project management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to executive audiences

- Direct experience with AI adoption in project management
