Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager & Business Analyst to join our wireline division. This role is based in Alpharetta, GA, and involves coordinating all activities related to wireline construction operations while also managing software implementations, business analysis, and technical support. As a key liaison between Supervisors and Customers, you will oversee project workflows, scheduling, and ensure the successful completion of tasks while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Manage end-to-end software implementation and integration projects, overseeing administration and ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Create, manage, and maintain JIRA tickets for teams and projects.
- Ensure accurate tracking of tasks, issues, and progress.
- Provide technical support to end users, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software implementation and project deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical assistance.
- Accurately design, prepare, and manage work-in-progress reports.
- Provide weekly status reports and daily progress updates.
- Ensure all project requirements and objectives are documented and pursued to deliver the final product.
- Provide leadership to workstream leads and stakeholders, applying conflict resolution skills to resolve project issues daily.
- Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and elevate decisions and unresolved issues as needed.
- Streamline and automate workflow processes; identify workflow optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks, and conduct regular status meetings to review project activities.
- Provide guidance and direction to field-based project managers on current processes.
- Ensure all scheduling and work assignments comply with regional and customer regulations.
- Self-starter with a learn-and-apply attitude in an intense, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power
BI, etc.), Google applications, and other construction-related software. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
