  • Minimum 5 years of software development experience (Spring/Java, Encryption/Tokenization frameworks, React

    JS, RDBMS, No

    SQL databases)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading systems automation and integration teams in an agile methodology
  • Experience with Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, or other CI tools
  • Recent experience designing, implementing products on cloud and micro‑services ecosystems
  • Experience building products for application monitoring and resiliency
  • Experience with SAML, OAuth2, Active Directory and network protocols
  • Experience with implementing data caching and in‑memory technologies at scale
  • Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, high motivation, and initiative
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
  • Sound experience in protecting data using strong encryption/tokenization algorithms
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and architect solutions that meet SYF business requirements, delivering business value by enabling rapid innovation through modern software development practices and continuous integration.
  • Possess in‑depth knowledge of algorithms related to data encryption/decryption, tokenization/de‑tokenization, Elliptic Curve Cryptography, RSA, and AES.
  • Design and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery processes to deliver applications to production, fostering a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Implement scheduling algorithms using techniques such as priority scheduling, rate‑momentum scheduling, etc.
  • Perform technology alternate assessment, create proof‑of‑concept as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and direction to product teams to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with Product Management and Platform Engineering teams during development, launch and continuous refinement of products iteratively.
  • Collaborate with internal technical resources and third‑party vendors to resolve issues and understand root causes.
  • Maintain deep hands‑on technical knowledge of emerging trends in modern software development practices, continuously learning at the industry’s leading edge.
  • Provide daily support for cloud‑native development activities, including creation and maintenance of automation scripts, build pipelines, cloud integration and evaluation.
  • Work with team members to design, architect and implement solutions across geographic locations.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $115,000 – $200,000 USD annually, eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and knowledge.
