QA Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and telecommunications industry, is seeking a QA Analyst to join their team. As a QA Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting software testing and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

QA Analyst

Alpharetta, GA (Open to other locations near Verizon hubs; Temple Terrace, FL preferred but flexible for the right candidate). This role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring in-office presence twice a week.

• Develop and maintain test scenarios and end-user test scripts to verify new functionality and ensure it meets customer needs.
• Utilize automation software and implement automation best practices to streamline testing processes.
• Thoroughly test software to ensure proper operations, document issues, and work towards resolution.
• Ensure software releases and documentation meet requirements, are installed correctly, and executed with quality standards.
• Create and execute regression testing, test plans, and assist in building applications.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Information Systems or MIS.
• 3-5 years of experience in a QA/UAT Analyst role.
• Experience with Tosca automation platform and maintaining automation scripts.
• Ability to translate end-user requirements into system and test cases.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
