ResponsibilitiesAs Director, QA Engineer, you will review requirement specifications, identify gaps, determine software testability and testing implications. You will create test scenarios, design and develop test scripts in Quality Center and Jira, prepare test plans, and write test scripts for each software component and requirement. You will participate in the test case peer review process, set up test conditions prior to script execution, and support telecommuting up to two days per week.
Qualifications- Requires a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related occupation. The employer will accept a 3 or 4 year bachelor’s degree.
- Requires five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Senior Specialist, Associate Specialist, Technical Lead, or a related technical occupation.
- Requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills:
- Programming languages including:

- Selenium
- Playwright
- Performance Testing Tools including:

- App Dynamics
- Databases including:
- Oracle
- DB2

- Manual front-end testing
- Functional
- Regression
- Integration testing of web and client-server applications
- Testing applications and concepts
- Agile/Scrum methodology

- Stock plan domain knowledge

CompensationBase pay for this role is between $138,000 and $138,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Compensation may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley‑sponsored benefit programs.
