Job Description

Full‑time position responsible for end‑to‑end Workday implementation, gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, designing, developing, and testing interfaces, and maintaining system security and reporting. The role involves collaboration with QA, Dev Ops, vendor teams, and business stakeholders across Recruitment, Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance modules.

• Gather functional and non‑functional requirements through workshops, site visits, data analysis, and workflow analysis.
• Create and analyze use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Participate in technical meetings across QA, Dev Ops, vendor, and project teams.
• Lead full cycle of Workday implementation: discovery, planning, design, development, interface implementation (Recruitment, Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance).
• Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and custom objects using Report Writer.
• Maintain and edit business processes, domains, roles, and user‑based security.
• Test data migration from legacy systems such as Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Ultipro, and other third‑party systems.
• Coordinate system and user acceptance testing, execute CRP, FAT, and UAT, and log/resolve service requests.
• Conduct E‑to‑E system integration testing (SIT).
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide training/knowledge transfer.
• Use tools such as Workday Core Connector, EIB, Report Writer, JIRA, SoapUI, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, XML, JSON, Mule Soft, SOA, Business Events Engines, Visio, Tableau, Azure, and MS Office.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Other combinations of education, training, and experience are acceptable.
