Service Delivery Center Senior – Financial Services Organization – QA Guidewire. Join our dynamic FSO team to provide project-based work and managed services for US-based financial services clients.

You’ll be part of a cohesive environment that promotes diversity and collaboration, helping our clients transform their application testing services.

Everything you’ll do will revolve around providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems for our clients. You will be a high-profile contact for resolving complex issues, guiding clients and engagement teams to impactful solutions.

• Work with clients to drive transformational change in application testing services.
• Define test strategy, plan, implement and ensure quality assurance for large complex projects.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive environment.
• Share knowledge and develop engagement tools to build practice capability.
• Cultivate business development opportunities and support sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of Guidewire experience.
• Experience in insurance sector.
• Strong experience with Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center, rating engine and integration with external vendors.
• Good knowledge of rating concepts such as premium calculations, discounts, surcharges, coverages.
• Strong quality engineering skills with test automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, etc.
• Knowledge of SOAP and REST service testing concepts.
• Strong property & casualty insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products.
• Experience augmenting QE practice go‑to‑market capabilities.
• Proficiency with Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, IntelliJ, SOAP UI, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, Gitlab, Jira, Xray, Hexawise.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork in diverse environments.
• Technical competency in Test Strategy, Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence, IT Transformation, Test Automation Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT Coordination, IT Org Change Management, Performance Testing, Customer Relationship Management, ERP, Data Management, IT Life Cycle, IT Delivery Management.

• Approximately 5 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting.
• Guidewire certifications.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications.
• A “go‑getter” attitude, passion to learn, improve and perform at the highest level.

We seek leaders with creative vision and confidence to execute. This role requires autonomy, variety, initiative, and a focus on enhancing client relationships and generating long‑term sales pipeline opportunities.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: base salary range $67,000 to $136,800 (US); for NYC metro, Washington, CA (ex Sacramento) $80,300 to $155,300. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
• Hybrid model: most external client‑serving roles 40–60% in‑person over the course of engagements.
