- Minimum 12 years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years working as an infrastructure architect.
- Ability to lead Infrastructure and Dev Ops teams in delivering enterprise‑grade solutions.
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server, enterprise networking, public cloud IaaS/PaaS, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, Active Directory/Entra , SQL Server, virtualization platforms, and enterprise SAN storage.
- Cloud certifications in Azure or AWS at the architecture level.
- Strong hands‑on Azure experience (core services, identity, networking, security).
- M&A integration infrastructure experience is mandatory, including acquisition‑led IT integration.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft tenant‑to‑tenant migrations (Azure AD/Entra , identity, access, collaboration).
- Azure‑to‑Azure cloud migration experience, including subscription, resource, and governance alignment.
- Ability to plan and execute end‑to‑end integration and migration with minimal business disruption.
