Senior Manager Data Scientist

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Advanced Machine Learning Engineering. Work with Data Scientists to deliver AI solutions to serve applications across ADP
• Own and Manage Projects. You will identify, design, develop, and implement advanced analytical projects.
• Limitless Possibilities. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovations.
• Collaboration and Communication. You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions. You're comfortable and skilled at presenting to both peers and leadership on your projects and findings.
• You have 4+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

• You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
• Prior experience in general programming language like Python
• Prior experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or Knowledge Engineering
• Manage a team of Data Scientists and Developers
• Manage data science projects from concept to delivery
• Partner with Product and Development leaders across ADP to understand requirements, business processes, and help track and deliver end-to-end solutions that embed Data Science services provided by the team
• Plan/prioritize data science projects according to business needs
• Foster innovation and research of new techniques based on the latest advances in machine learning and AI
• Knowledge about RDBMS and experience with SQL, noSQL
• Knowledge about cloud platform like AWS, GCP, etc, AWS Preferred
• Code Version Control System like Git, Bitbucket, etc

• Working experience with popular ML library/tools like Pytorch, Tensorfow, Sklearn, etc
• Familiar with docker container and container service like AWS ECS, AWS EKS, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms like regression, neural network, deep learning, xgboost, etc
• Prior experience building machine learning system including model training ,model inference, model monitoring, etc
• Knowledge of GenAI: LLM models, prompt engineering and RAG frameworks
