What You Get to Do

• Manage, configure, and support key enterprise applications and systems
• Perform system administration across various platforms including Oracle, Microsoft, SQL, ERP, and financial systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to support application deployments and enhancements
• Lead feasibility studies, provide root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with IT standards
• Support application testing, deployments, upgrades, documentation, and change management processes

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field from an accredited college or university; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.
• Ideally, 5–7 years in application support, database administration, or business systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle DB/applications, Microsoft applications, SQL, and enterprise platforms.
• Bonus Points For:
  Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), project management experience, and hands-on Oracle application administration.
• Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.
