What will you do?

• Lead and oversee digital solution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, OT, cybersecurity, vendors) to deliver integrated digital solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
• Define project deliverables and milestones

Heydelin Avila – Digital Solutions Delivery Director

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital or technology projects (IT/OT integration, cloud, IoT, analytics).
• Hands‑on experience across Geo SCADA, Eco Struxure Automation Expert (EAE), AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA InTouch, MES, and AVEVA Connect, paired with strong pre‑sales and commercial acumen, experience operating in hybrid Waterfall/Agile environments, and the ability to drive operational excellence and PMO leadership with MAC (Main Automation Contractor) experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, automation technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• PMP or Agile certification preferred; experience with digital transformation frameworks is a plus.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet for project planning, tracking, and reporting is required.
• Proficiency in other project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
