Project Management Analyst - Data & Automation Support
Alpharetta, GA | 8-10 years of experience
Role SummaryWe are seeking a versatile professional who can support project management delivery while also contributing to data analysis and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of coordination, analytical thinking, and technical capability to drive efficient execution of projects and enable data-driven decision-making and process automation.
Project Management Support- Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of projects across lifecycle stages
- Maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Track deliverables, milestones, and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, and governance materials
- Support stakeholder communication and coordination across teams
- Perform data analysis to support project tracking, reporting, and decision-making
- Generate insights from project and operational data to highlight risks, trends, and performance
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across project artifacts
- Identify opportunities to automate project reporting and manual processes
- Build and maintain automation solutions using tools such as
- Excel (macros/VBA)
- Power Automate / scripting tools
- Basic Python (preferred)
- Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Liaise with business, risk, data, and technology teams
- Translate project and reporting needs into data and automation solutions
- Provide timely updates and support decision‑making forums
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- 8-10 years of experience
