IVR Quality Analyst
Location:
Alpharetta, GA/Middle town, NJ
Duration: 6 to 12 months

Job description:
- Lab Build & Maintenance
- Procure, install and configure Lab equipment across platforms
- IVR Platforms – Avaya, Cisco, Genesys
- Operating System – Linux, Windows, VMware
- Tools – Monitoring tools, configuration tools and performance test tools
- Automation tools across above platforms
- Build lab environments
- Manage change control of lab environments through certification cycles
- Certification strategy including validation of requirements, design
- Provide and justify effort estimates
- Configuring lab and environments for Testing
- Designing and Developing Certification Tools and Automation
- Creating Certification plan and underlying test plans
- Documenting strategy, review and editing
- Escalate technical and project issues to Project Manager
- Report project status to Project Manager
- Provide technical support during deployment in Production
- Assist with technical interviews of prospective team
