Technical Manager
We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead and guide our engineering teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive technical excellence across projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and ensure adherence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Review code, architecture, and provide guidance on scalability and performance.
- Manage resource allocation and resolve technical challenges.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of [insert relevant tech stack:
Java, Spring, Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure), etc.]. - Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience in architecture design and system integration.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud-native applications, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
