Functional Lead​/SAP FI Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI/CO Functional Lead with deep expertise in finance, controlling, and discrete manufacturing processes, coupled with SAP S/4

HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud experience. The role requires leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, finance planning, AI-driven automation adoption, and cross-functional integration with MM, PP, and PS modules.

• Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, and support (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
• Configure SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Predictive Accounting, Group Reporting).
• Manage SAP reorganization events (company code, cost center, profit center restructures) and intercompany/transfer pricing setups.

• Drive revenue, cost, headcount, and capex planning integrated with SAC and S/4
  
  HANA.
• Build driver-based planning models, allocation cycles, top-down/bottom-up planning, and scenario forecasting using AI/ML tools.
• Support variance analysis and reporting via SAC dashboards and SAP Fiori analytics.

• Bridge SAP FICO with MM (Procure-to-Pay) and PP (Plan-to-Produce).
• Manage material valuation, GR/IR clearing, invoice verification, production order costing, WIP, and variance settlement.
• Integrate SAP PS for ETO/MTS/MTO project-based manufacturing scenarios.

• Enable AI-powered finance automation (SAP Joule, Predictive Accounting, Cash Application AI, Intelligent RPA).
• Implement anomaly detection, automated GR/IR reconciliation, and predictive budgeting.

• Serve as functional lead for SAP finance programs: design workshops, FDD, fit-gap analysis.
• Lead finance super-user training, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Coordinate across Finance, Operations, IT, and Manufacturing teams.
• Manage a team of FICO consultants; mentor and conduct design reviews.
