Responsibilities

SAP Success Factors Solutions Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, and evolution of our SAP Human Capital Management ecosystem, with a primary focus on SAP Success Factors Employee Central, SAP S/4

HANA Payroll, and emerging AI-driven capabilities including SAP Joule. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with solution architecture leadership, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, intelligent, and compliant Success Factors solutions that power the employee experience and enable global business operations. The Solutions Lead provides oversight of internal teams, third‑party integrators, and vendors while driving the product roadmap, integration strategy, AI enablement, and modern delivery practices across the Success Factors landscape.

This hybrid role is based in Alpharetta, GA and requires three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design

Lead end-to-end solution architecture across the SAP Success Factors landscape, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs that span Success Factors, SAP ECP Payroll, AI copilots, and integrated systems.

Success Factors Configuration & Development

Provide hands‑on leadership in building, configuring, testing, and deploying complex Success Factors Employee Central solutions, including advanced programming, configuration, and release management for fixes and version updates.

Payroll & Integration Delivery

Support SAP ECP Payroll integrations, payroll‑to‑Finance integration, and enterprise integrations built on SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

AI & SAP Joule Enablement

Lead the evaluation, design, and deployment of AI capabilities within the SUCCESSFACTORS landscape, including SAP Joule and SAP Business AI use cases for HR. Identify high‑value opportunities to embed generative AI and intelligent automation into employee experience, manager self‑service, talent processes, and HR operations. Partner with HR and IT to define AI governance, ensure responsible AI practices, and measure business outcomes.

Technology & Innovation

Stay ahead of the evolving SAP SUCCESSFACTORS roadmap, including advances in AI, machine learning, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows. Proactively bring forward innovation opportunities that improve productivity, decision‑making, and the overall employee experience.

Security, Risk & Compliance

Design and govern role‑based permissions (RBP), data privacy safeguards, and controls that ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, AI governance standards, and other regulatory requirements across the Success Factors ecosystem.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Partner with HR COEs and business leaders to shape the Success Factors product strategy, define the multi‑year roadmap, and prioritize investments — including AI‑driven capabilities — that advance the employee experience and digital workplace.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Serve as the primary technical partner to HR, and IT leadership; manage relationships with SAP and other software vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.

Incident & Request Management

Lead triage and prioritization of incoming incidents, service requests, and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with service‑level expectations.

Agile Delivery & Governance

Champion agile, Dev Sec Ops , and modern product delivery practices across the Success Factors portfolio, providing governance and oversight for internal teams and third‑party resources.

Change Management & Adoption

Partner with business stakeholders to drive change management and adoption planning for Success Factors capabilities and AI‑enabled experiences.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
