Systems Engineer
Job Description
Designs and creates advanced AI architecture solutions with focus on how to integrate into existing or new products in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards.
Ensures solutions meet business goals while being secure, scalable, and cost‑effective.
Handles everything from creating data management processes to building and fine‑tuning AI models for various tasks, such as understanding and generating content, creating predictions, or prescriptive actions.
Develops methods to oversee the entire process of AI models from creation to monitoring and maintenance.
Ensures data is handled securely and in compliance.
Works with other teams to develop effective solutions and clearly communicate technical details to all stakeholders, adjusting solutions as needed based on feedback and changing requirements.
Provides specific functional expertise that is theoretical and conceptual in nature, typically acquired through a combination of university education and experience within a field.
May have responsibility for supervising others in the capacity of a “player coach” but primary focus is individual expertise.
Applies specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline, regularly completing unique assignments.
Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices.
Solves highly complex technical and business problems and supports others in analyzing and solving complex technical problems.
Impacts the team’s achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives.
Communicates complex concepts and influences others to adopt a different point of view.
Works independently with guidance only in the most complex situations, and may lead functional teams or projects.
