Job Description

This position involves identifying and analyzing current business processes and system inadequacies, proposing improvements, and managing various projects and interfaces.

• Identify and analyze current state business processes and system inadequacies, present ideas for process and systems improvements.
• Collect data, code, and configure activities necessary to develop new interfaces.
• Handle data flow with external warehouse vendors.
• Operate multiple projects and small initiatives with the help of various applications on a daily basis.
• Manage scope and meet manual, automation functional and non-functional deliverables with quality, time, and cost parameters.
• Prepare process flow diagrams and coordinate with business users to get approval on the requirements.
• Collaborate with Business and Systems Analysts, Developers, and project management groups.
• Work with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure service behavior and assist product teams in meeting customer needs.
• Plan, handle and oversee integration and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
• Required tools and utilities:
  Workday HRMS, Microsoft Visio, SQL, Tableau, Mule Soft, Middleware, Azure, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Full Time.
• Travel involved to unanticipated client locations within US.

• Master's Degree in Information Technology Management or Equivalent.
• Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
