Specify the components and interactions comprising the end‑to‑end Integrated Architecture. Work with portfolio stakeholders, customers, Enterprise Architects, System Engineers, and development teams to align architectural direction and define high‑level solutions. Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects and System Engineers to ensure alignment of individual program and product strategies with business and technical objectives. Facilitate important design decisions for development teams. Determine primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade‑offs.

Identify interfaces and collaborations between customers, stakeholders, and development teams to define higher‑level functional and non‑functional requirements (NFRs). Define a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating alignment across the full solution. Establish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway, using abstraction and generalization to preserve flexibility. Ensure common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable.

Facilitate reuse of code, components, and proven patterns. Influence common modeling, design, and coding practices. Implement best practices for the PaaS/IaaS services lifecycle. Conduct vulnerability management of marketplace images, golden images, and deployments. Deploy and manage Compute (VMs) and PaaS services in OCI. Manage IDCS/SSO/SAML implementation, policies, and governance. Identify, analyze, and maintain secure configurations across hybrid cloud technologies. Identify, recommend, design, and maintain technology solutions to support the enterprise’s security posture.

Troubleshoot routing issues. Intercept and handle Oracle security notifications and their impact on OCI environments.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, or Information Systems and five years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation. Experience implementing best practices for the PaaS/IaaS services lifecycle; utilizing networking concepts including the OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, and load balancers; using Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs), subnet lists, route tables;

administering PaaS services such as OIC, OAC, OGG, ATP, ADW, and Fusion ERP Services; provisioning Oracle OAC, ATP, and ADW Autonomous Data Guard; monitoring OCI services usage, auto‑scaling, and message pack consumption; configuring OCI backups and object storage; managing OCI compartments and provisioning services across availability and fault domains; implementing best practices for development life cycles (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod); and provisioning network security groups, ACLs, bastion hosts, and public load balancers.
