- Join Celsior to lead Synthetix Labs, the company's dedicated AI Products Group. As CTO, you will own the technology vision, product engineering strategy, AI architecture, platform scalability, security, and engineering culture for Synthetix AI, our flagship enterprise AI software delivery solution.
- About Synthetix Labs
- Synthetix Labs is Celsior's AI Products Group. Its flagship product, Synthetix AI, enables enterprises to accelerate software development, modernization, migration, and application support using AI while maintaining enterprise-grade governance, traceability, security, and reliability. The product has been incubated and validated within Celsior across production customer engagements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define the technology strategy for Synthetix AI; build and lead a world-class engineering organization; establish engineering excellence and AI innovation; partner with executive leadership on product strategy; represent Synthetix Labs with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
COMPENSATION:
The base pay for this position ranges from $185,000 to $200,000 with a potential earning opportunity of up to $250,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package. Employee benefits include but are not limited to health insurance (medical, dental, vision), vacation, 401(k) plan and possible Stock options.
