Senior Software Developers

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy detailed software modules and applications using SAS (Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS/SQL), R, SAS Enterprise Guide, Pinnacle 21, Python, Spark SQL, Java, Jenkins, Docker, Scala, Git, and related tools.
• Create SDTM and ADaM datasets and generate TLFs using SAS in alignment with SAP and mock shells.
• Validate SDTM, ADaM, and TLF outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with study specifications.
• Support data collection and cleaning activities to maintain high data quality and consistency.
• Create and review programming specifications and biometrics documentation; perform validation checks on clinical deliverables.
• Develop and implement release engineering solutions using Git, AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC), Terraform, Cloud Formation, AWS Cloud Watch, and Jenkins.
• Provide technical expertise for continuous integration and delivery; automate application integrations and deployments; assess risks and manage escalation.
• Develop and implement analytics applications to transform data into meaningful information.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, NLP pipelines, and machine‑learning techniques to extract and analyze insights from data.
• Visualize, interpret, and report data findings; create dynamic data reports.
• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Databricks for development and deployment of ML models.
• Engage with management to discuss research findings and influence product road‑maps.

• MS (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field; or BS (or foreign equivalent) with a minimum of five years of progressive experience, including at least three years of software development experience with SAS, Python, Spark, and R.
• For release‑engineering responsibilities: minimum one year of experience in cloud infrastructure using AWS services and Cloud Formation.
• For analytics responsibilities: at least three years of experience in data science, including NLP and data analysis; or BS/foreign equivalent with five years of progressive experience in data science.
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Cloud Formation, and related continuous‑integration tools.
