Scrum Master

• The Scrum Master will support agile delivery within the Application Security organization by partnering with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to drive effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• This role focuses on enabling agile practices, supporting delivery of multiple technology initiatives, and facilitating collaboration across cross functional teams aligned to the Application Security strategy.

• Support agile delivery for multiple technology initiatives within the Application Security portfolio.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and report on squad delivery metrics, progress, risks, and impediments.
• Support teams in applying agile values, practices, and processes consistently.
• Identify delivery impediments and work with stakeholders to support timely resolution.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
• Support coordination across development teams and supporting functions to drive aligned execution.
• Engage with Agile Coaches as needed to support adoption of agile practices and team maturity.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations clearly to Product Owners and stakeholders.

• Experience working in agile delivery environments with strong knowledge of agile practices.
• Proven experience facilitating agile ceremonies in a solutions focused manner.
• Experience supporting teams in establishing and adhering to agile norms and working agreements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional technical and non technical teams.
• Strong influencing skills without direct authority.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement better ways of working.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting delivery across multiple initiatives or work streams.

• Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile certification from an accredited agile institution.
• Experience supporting technology or application security initiatives.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
