Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an AI Development Platform Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile delivery, dependency management, and tooling such as JIRA and Roadmunk, and a proven ability to enable predictable delivery, remove impediments, and guide teams toward mature agile practices.

• Identify, manage, and resolve external dependencies and impediments to keep the squad focused and unblocked.
• Use JIRA and Roadmunk to provide transparent visibility into delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies for Product Owners.
• Define and communicate deliverables, outcomes, roles, and responsibilities, adapting as priorities and structures evolve.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies and practices in a pragmatic manner that supports delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to improve planning discipline, backlog clarity, and delivery predictability.
• Leverage metrics and tooling to surface trends and risks, driving actionable insights that improve flow and execution.
• Maintain lightweight, effective project documentation and stakeholder reporting aligned to team pace and maturity.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent team culture that supports continuous improvement and shared ownership.
• Support gradual evolution toward mature agile delivery by introducing structure and best practices incrementally.

• Demonstrated experience driving delivery in complex, fast‑changing environments.
• Strong grounding in Scrum and agile principles with flexible application.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and improve delivery flow.
• Clear, concise communication of status, risks, and issues to Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in JIRA and delivery tracking tools, including roadmap management.
• Ability to influence outcomes without formal authority across siloed organizations.
• Experience building alignment across stakeholders to enable end‑to‑end delivery.
• Familiarity with GenAI, data, and compute infrastructure concepts.
• Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead.
• Experience level: 4–6 years working as a technical project manager.

• Experience guiding teams as they evolve toward agile maturity.
• Background in financial services or large‑scale transformation programs.
