We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain to lead and deliver strategic technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project execution for banking technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Develop project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution planning, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Manage stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and audit requirements.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years managing Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Expertise in project planning and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SDLC and software implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.
