Enterprise Operations Role
This role sits within Enterprise Operations and is central to how Product, Engineering, Support, Services, and IT plan, build, and deliver work across the company. This is not an order-taking, ticket-queue role. We're looking for someone who can sit down with a stakeholder group, understand what they're actually trying to accomplish, and recommend the right way to configure, automate, or govern the platform to get them there — even when that means pushing back on the first request that comes in the door.
You'll be expected to proactively identify friction, technical debt, and efficiency opportunities across the Atlassian ecosystem rather than waiting to be told where to look.
