** Your

Key Responsibilities *
* · Drive high-quality work products within expected time frames in a fast-paced work environment

Monitor progress and manage risk while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes

· Use knowledge of industry trends to identify engagement and client service issues and communicate this information to the on-site engagement team through written correspondence and verbal presentations.

· Stay informed of current Cybersecurity industry trends relevant to the services being delivered

· SailPoint Administration:

- Install, configure, and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ.

· Develop and maintain SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, and policies.

· Manage lifecycle events (provisioning, deprovisioning, access request, approval and automated fulfillment, access review & certification, auditing and reports, service account management and others).

· Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint platform issues.

** Skills and attributes for Success*
* · Ability to produce high-quality work products within expected time frames

· SailPoint Identity IQ:

- Configuration, workflow and form development, policy/rule management.

- Experience with SailPoint APIs and connector integration.

· Connector Technologies:

- Experience with OOTB connectors (Java, REST/SOAP, JDBC, etc.).

- Troubleshooting and optimizing connector performance.

· Programming/Scripting:

- Java (required for SailPoint customizations).

- Power Shell, Python, or other scripting languages for automation.

· Directory Services:

- Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD integration.

· Security & Compliance:

- Understanding of IAM best practices, SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.

· General IT

Skills:

- Windows/Linux server administration.

- Networking fundamentals.

- Database management (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

** To qualify for the role you must have*
* · Bachelor's degree in a related field

· A minimum of 3 years of related work experience with Sailpoint IndentityIQ

· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance or higher

** _Consistent with EY's collaborative working model, the role is expected to include 60% in-person engagement in support of effective teaming and delivery, subject to client and business requirements_*
* ** Ideally, you'll also have*
* · Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., Cyber Ark, Okta, Ping).

- Implemented and development of SailPoint Identity IQ solution

· Project management or Agile methodology experience.
