NTT DATA seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join our Alpharetta, GA team. This is an on-site, client-based role requiring local presence. You will provide deskside support, resolve issues, perform moves and installations, and maintain Service Now ticketing with SLA adherence.
Candidates should have 2+ years of end-user and desktop support, strong Windows OS experience, and a valid driver’s license for travel between client sites. A+ certification is preferred.
