Oracle Logistics Transportation Business Analyst

7+ years of Oracle Transport Management Warehouse Management System (OTM) experience, including implementation of multiple OTM Cloud go live within the last 3 years
· Broad knowledge and experience with various supply-chain systems; working knowledge of cloud implementation of OTM at warehouses
· Strong strategic skills with ability and vision to map out "to be" business processes
· Configuration skills within the OTM Cloud
· Programming knowledge or ability to design
· Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
· Lead, manage, and participate in cross-functional business projects
· Expertise in testing and validating end to end flows for user acceptance testing
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
· Understand AT&T OTM processes
· Familiarity with supply chain, procurement and logistics business processes and concepts
· Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with presenting to diverse technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
· Broad knowledge and experience with various supply-chain systems. Working knowledge of Oracle Transportation Modules (Transportation Management, Transportation Operational Planning, Freight Payment, Billing & Claims, Global Trade Management) Must be a "Subject Matter Expert" (SME) OTMO Cloud implementation
· Estimate high level project schedules and timelines

Responsibilities:

Analyse business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions for AT&T OTM Cloud implementation
· Develop functional specifications associated with system enhancements, interfaces and integrated systems
· Solution and design of OTM cloud migration and integration
· Develop and execute user acceptance and integration test scenarios to validate end to end workflow
· Work with other business process owners, end-users and project team members to effectively implement OTM Cloud (Log Fire) on schedule
· Provide support (e.g., breakfix, how to expertise, minor enhancements, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for business applications
· Serve as a team member within multi-functional supply chain programs as assigned
· Proactively monitor processes to identify trends; analysespredicts trends and develops a long-range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring in order to ensure high service levels
· Develop job aids and training materials, document functional, technical and process-oriented documents for the Application and projects
· Participate in change management and/or implementation activities as needed.
