Associate Director, Data & Digital Innovation

Requirements Must have

• – We require a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related discipline.
• – We require 10 years of technology industry experience, including data modeling, database administration, data architecture, data lake development, algorithm development, API development, data visualization, and project leadership.
• – We require at least 5 years of experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• – We require expertise in training and deploying generative models such as DALL-E and GPT-3.
• – We require proficiency in Python and Tensor Flow or comparable libraries.
• – We require the ability to solve complex challenges through innovative applications of generative AI or other emerging technologies.
• – We require demonstrated project management experience across personnel, strategic planning, organizational planning, business process improvement, program management, project delivery, and benchmarking/metrics.
• – We require proven stakeholder management experience.
• – We require strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
• – We require working knowledge of IT security and data privacy.
• – We require experience with Agile software development and JIRA for project tracking.

• – We define and execute our vision for data and AI, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
• – We identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate AI across our business and product environment.
• – We partner with executive leadership to establish data and AI as a strategic competitive advantage.
• – We set best practices for data management, ensuring quality, integrity, security, and compliance with standards such as FDA, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• – We oversee ethical AI development, with a focus on transparency and fairness in algorithmic decisions.
• – We establish metrics to evaluate the impact of AI and data-driven initiatives.
• – We develop AI-enabled features for users.
• – We lead initiatives in natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning to improve workflows and patient engagement.
• – We recruit, build, and mentor teams of data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists while encouraging continuous learning and innovation.
• – We work with IT, regulatory, and quality assurance teams to maintain a strong data infrastructure and compliance.
• – We apply AI to improve internal operations, including supply chain efficiency and clinical trial design.
• – We represent our company as a thought leader at industry forums and conferences.
• – We collaborate with external partners, academic institutions, and vendors to stay ahead of trends in AI and healthcare technology.
• – We communicate our data and AI strategy clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including regulators, clinicians, and patients.
