Why You'll Love This OpportunityOur client is looking for an Acumatica Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of software implementations for manufacturing clients across North America. This is a highly client facing role for someone who enjoys being directly involved in manufacturing operations, understanding how plants run, and designing solutions around real world business requirements.
You'll have ownership across the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through validation, training, UAT, and go live.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead requirements gathering, process walkthroughs, and solution design directly with manufacturing clients.
- Develop detailed Business Requirements Specifications that implementation teams can configure and build from.
- Translate manufacturing and operational requirements into effective system solutions.
- Lead solution validation, client demonstrations, super user training, UAT, go live, and project handover.
- Collaborate with delivery and configuration teams while maintaining consistent solution design standards.
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing operational software within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, and solution design.
- Full implementation lifecycle experience including design, validation, training, UAT, and onsite go live.
- Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor with plant leadership, operations teams, and end users.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites across North America.
- Acumatica ERP experience, particularly within manufacturing or distribution environments.
- Understanding of manufacturing ERP processes and shop floor data flows.
- Experience with configurable or low code software platforms.
- Exposure to barcode, RFID, scales, or other shop floor data collection technologies.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
This is an opportunity to take on a highly visible role supporting complex manufacturing implementations while helping expand Acumatica capabilities within a growing delivery organization. You'll have significant ownership over solution design and work closely with clients, leadership, and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
