Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years information technology experience
- 3+ years working with Service Now REQUIRED
- Configuration experience in Service Now
- Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device or regulated industry experience
- Experience creating workflows and forms in Service Now
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
- Demonstrated success implementing, supporting and maintaining Service Now
- Proven ability to create communication plans, readiness assessments and risk assessments for management
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging Service Now
- Experience working with the PPM and/or ITSM modules of Service Now
