Global SAP Development Lead

Avanos Medical seeks a Global SAP Development Lead to own design, development, and governance of SAP solutions across our worldwide operations. In this role, you will lead a team of SAP developers, architects, and integrators to deliver scalable, compliant solutions supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and finance in a regulated healthcare environment. Partnering with business, IT, and quality leaders, you'll define technical standards, oversee end-to-end implementations, manage vendors, and ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security while driving innovation that improves patient outcomes and operational efficiency globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global SAP development strategy and roadmap across business units
• Design, develop, and govern SAP solutions supporting core healthcare operations
• Manage and mentor SAP developers, architects, and integration specialists
• Collaborate with business, IT, and quality leaders to translate requirements into solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, data privacy, and SOX/regulatory standards
• Oversee system integrations, performance tuning, and technical issue resolution
• Define and enforce SAP development standards, documentation, and best practices
• Coordinate external vendors and partners delivering SAP services or add-ons
• Support global SAP rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and automation within SAP landscape
