Job SummarySeeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to administer, support, and optimize Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Linux-based platforms in enterprise environments. The role involves platform administration, production support, performance tuning, automation, and ensuring high availability of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support Redis (Standalone, Sentinel, Cluster) and Elasticsearch clusters.
- Manage Kafka brokers, topics, partitions, consumer groups, and replication.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, availability, and scalability.
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
- Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu), including system tuning and security hardening.
- Automate operational tasks using Shell/Python scripting and infrastructure tools.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and on-call production support.
- Collaborate with application, Dev Ops, and infrastructure teams.

- Linux Administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) Shell Scripting / Python Monitoring Tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK) High Availability, Performance Tuning, Capacity Planning Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- Docker, Kubernetes/Open Shift
- AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms
- Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD Tools
- Financial Services / Banking domain experience
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Linux environments. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and automation skills required.
