Job Title: Production Support Engineer
Experience :5 + Years
We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting and IT Service Management experience to support production applications and services in a regulated/banking technology environment.
- SQL
- Log Analysis & Distributed Systems Troubleshooting
- Monitoring & Observability:
Splunk, App Dynamics, Prometheus, Patrol or equivalent - ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management
- Networking Fundamentals & Service Dependencies
- Automation and Toil Reduction
- Change/Release, DR Testing & Production Readiness
- Experience supporting production environments in a regulated environment
, preferably banking/financial services - Strong troubleshooting and incident-management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, infrastructure, network and vendor teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones
- Ability to remain calm and prioritize effectively during high-severity incidents
