Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies. Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, focus groups, and contextual inquiries. Analyze user behavior data and identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams. Create research reports, personas, customer journey maps, and usability findings. Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, business stakeholders, and developers.
Define research objectives, methodologies, and success metrics. Monitor product usability and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. Present research outcomes to stakeholders and influence product strategy. Maintain research repositories and ensure findings are accessible across teams.
