To support this transformation, we are seeking an experienced Master Data Manager to lead the governance, quality, and lifecycle management of all ERP master data including, Customer ,Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data across our global operations.

The Master Data Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing global processes that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of Master Data within SAP S/4

HANA, other ERP systems and data warehouses.

This role will serve as the business owner for Master Data governance, partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales, IT, and external implementation partners. The position will support SAP S/4

HANA deployment and ongoing operations by driving data standards, governance policies, quality controls, and continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate combines master data expertise, strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Inventory related process, Finance processes, and proven experience operating in a global, multi-entity environment.

• Develop and maintain global governance policies and standards operating procedures for Master Data.
• Establish ownership, stewardship, approval workflows, and accountability for master data processes.
• Define and enforce data standards to ensure consistency across legal entities, business units, and regions, and ERP and data warehouse systems.
• Lead governance forums and collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and drive standardization.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

• Own Customer, Vendor, Material and Finance Master Data processes within SAP S/4
  
  HANA, including Business Partner governance and lifecycle management.
• Partner with business and IT teams to define master data requirements and process improvements.
• Ensure master data structures support financial reporting, procurement operations, customer service, and compliance requirements.
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives related to Customer and Vendor Master Data.
