In this role, you will lead a program as well as individual feature pilot and launch projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames and budgets.

The nature of what you do every day will not change -- your #1 goal is to lead a Product Enablement Program for the roll out of Lyric Global HCM solutions and features, helping to shape the approach for the integrated feature release experience for associates and clients. Still, every day will be different because the product features and solutions will vary, as will the product domains.

There will be no shortage of new questions to explore, which will keep things interesting, and our top‑ranked training will help to set you up for success!

Lead a Program and projects working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholder partners to drive associate and client readiness and change management leading to feature adoption. Collaborate with Product Management and peers for planning organizational readiness against the product roadmap and to coordinate cross‑domain projects. Provide program/project reporting and presentations to all levels of the organization.
