Job Duties
:
Gather requirements and define business processes to modernize legacy HR and Financial systems tocloud-based solutions like Workday HCM and Oracle Financials. Develop and execute Test strategies and Plans. Implement testing strategies and configure Workday Core HCM,Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Absence and Leave. Test E2E business processes such as Employee Life Cycle, Procure to Pay, Record to Report (RTR).Script and execute tests for back-end testing - ETL, warehousing, Databases,APIs.
Test Cloud Infrastructure - Instances, Load balancers, Gateways, Security Domains by Implementing TOSCA, qTest, Neo Load and other Testing and reporting tools. Arrange tenant and localization set-up for HCM and Payroll modules.
Build BIRT reports using Workday Studio and configure Prism utilizing various prism functions. Create data-driven tests using TOSCA and automate functionality. Develop and build TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira. Required toolsand utilities: HCM, Oracle,qtest,Target Process, Jira, HTML5, CSS3, XML, XSLT,SOAP, UIA Engine, REST, DIS, DEX, SQL, Tricentis, and CCW's.

Master's Degree (any field) or Equivalent. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted.
