ADP is hiring a Global View Client Tech Support Consultant II (SAP Payroll) in Alpharetta, GA. You will provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution within SLA time frames, including investigation, solution identification, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation.
You will prepare functional specifications and change control requests, test and document changes, and offer guidance on design and configuration of complex SAP solutions for the Global View client base.
