About the Role
Load Up is hiring an experienced IT Specialist to own the day-to-day technology that our employees depend on. This onsite role at our Alpharetta, GA office covers three core areas: end-user computing, office networking and connectivity, and the security controls that protect company and customer data.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support and play a key role in establishing reliable, secure technology practices as Load Up continues to scale. It's a hands-on opportunity for an IT professional who wants ownership over the full technology stack of a fast-growing, ecommerce-driven company — not just a narrow slice of it.
