- Understanding ITSM concepts and processes
- Customization and Enhancements using Java
- Service Now integration with other systems
- Development and Enhancements of Service Now tools
- Deployments and Functional Testing
Required education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required experience:
Developer with 5–12 years of industry experience.
