We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager (MDM) to join our ever-evolving Data & AI team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will play a critical part in transforming Master Data Management (MDM) strategy into enterprise-wide outcomes that power analytics, reporting, risk management, compliance, and business operations.
You will drive the delivery, adoption, and operationalization of trusted customer and merchant master data capabilities, enabling smarter decisions, stronger business performance, and scalable growth across Global Payments. Working closely with architects, engineers, data modelers, governance teams, business stewards, and stakeholders across the enterprise, you will own product execution from roadmap planning through delivery and adoption. You will translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions, guide delivery teams, drive alignment across organizations, and ensure master data capabilities are embedded into the business processes and systems that depend on trusted data.

Drive delivery and adoption of the Master Data Management roadmap, defining priorities, sequencing releases, and executing against strategic objectives that improve trusted customer and merchant data across the enterprise. Own and manage the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint commitments, dependencies, trade-offs, and release planning activities. Translate business, data, and stakeholder requirements into technical requirements and delivery plans, including data specifications, data contracts, integration requirements, and measurable outcomes.
Lead the operationalization and adoption of master data capabilities by integrating trusted master data into business workflows, onboarding processes, CRM platforms, analytics solutions, and enterprise applications through approaches such as search-before-create, publish/subscribe, and golden-record consumption patterns. Partner with architects, engineers, data modelers, and business stewards to ensure scalable MDM solutions align with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and business objectives. Champion enterprise data quality, stewardship, and governance outcomes by connecting data quality rules, stewardship processes, governance requirements, and scorecard metrics to business value and adoption goals.
Define and monitor key performance indicators such as data quality, duplicate reduction, match confidence, adoption, cycle time, and operational efficiency to demonstrate business value and delivery success. Lead Agile delivery execution through backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, release management, and continuous improvement practices while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomes. Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across product, business, onboarding, CRM, architecture, governance, analytics, and engineering teams through demos, roadmap updates, release communications, and executive readouts.
