• Supporting Clients ongoing Salesforce development and initiatives.
• The resource will contribute to continued Salesforce work, including development, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform initiatives.

• 7-10+ years of overall QA experience
• 4-6+ years ofhands-on Salesforce testing
• Strong Salesforce Service Cloud / Service Console experience

• Chat / Messaging / Digital Engagement
• Voice / CTI / IVR
• Case Management and Knowledge

Automation & Testing

• Hands-on Salesforce test automation using
  
  Provar, Copado CRT, AccelQ, Selenium, or equivalent
• Functional, regression, integration, E2E, and UAT/IAT testing
• API testing
  - Postman, REST/SOAP
• SQL/SOQL and data validation
• Jira + Zephyr, Test Rail, or similar test management tools
• CI/CD and Git

AI - Strong Plus

• Agentforce
• Service Assist
• Salesforce AI/AI-driven workflows
• AI response validation/evaluation
• Prompt variation, negative testing, grounding/Knowledge validation, guardrails, or hallucination testing.
