Localisation Project Manager – Alpharetta, GA.
The role you’ll playYou will be the coordinating contact person between translators and will monitor adherence to delivery deadlines and quality standards. You will become an expert in building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders by managing projects. Supporting our team of highly skilled Project Managers as well as managing orders independently, in accordance with our prescribed standards and workflows, will be among your responsibilities as a Localization Project Manager.

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…- Coordinating translation orders with language experts, graphic designers, engineers and other departments via the Language Wire collaboration platform
- Full project execution ownership, from quote stage to delivery of the project
- Working together with our Customer Success Managers and Localization Specialists regarding translation projects for our customers
- Operating using our cutting-edge language management software
- Cooperating with our language experts and customers across the globe
- Performing various administrative tasks, such as account set up in our platform, including invoice accounts, customer platform profiles, hierarchy and entities
- Customer calls and meetings on daily operations and supporting with OS content for CS lead meetings
- Customer feedback handling on project ownership
- Experience as a Localization Project Manager or a similar role
- A structured and organized person with excellent attention to detail, who can deliver quality without compromising speed
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and flexibility
- Thriving in a dynamic environment and multitasking
- Outstanding customer service approach
- Open‑minded, creative, and proactive initiative
- Experience with software beyond Microsoft Office – familiarity with various digital solutions, apps, and programs
- Experience using tools relevant to the field of translation such as CAT tools
- Ability to flexibly switch from one customized workflow to another without delay
- A proactive and actionable communicator
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
- Firm on project deliverables when necessary
- Curious and not afraid to ask questions
