Qualifications - Family Law Attorney- JD from accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar license
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple cases
- Proficient in legal research and case management software
- Compassionate, client-focused work ethic
- Deadline-driven and responsive.
- Ownership mindset and drive to excel
- Lead family law cases from intake to resolution: divorce, custody, support, alimony, and paternity.
- Meet clients with empathy and strong advocacy.
- Develop strategic case approaches through thorough research and analysis.
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and court documents.
- Explain complex legal issues and support clients throughout their case.
- Advocate for clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
- Negotiate and finalize settlements.
- Stay abreast of Georgia family law statutes and case law.
- Collaborate with a dedicated, supportive legal team.
- Consistently deliver results and meet deadlines.
