About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for a professional with 3+ years of law firm experience who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and document review.
- Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, discovery requests, and summaries.
- Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties.
- Conduct legal research and assist with deposition and trial preparation.
- Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work onsite in Atlanta and collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff.
- Be part of a collaborative and professional legal team.
