Scope of WorkThe incoming attorney will advise government clients on a wide range of transactional and compliance matters, including:
- Government contracting & procurement
- Real estate & title matters
- Policy development & implementation
- Commercial transactions
- Corporate governance & compliance
- Construction contracts
- Finance & banking
- Municipal contracts
Core responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of government and commercial contracts; advising clients on procurement regulations and compliance requirements; supporting real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters; assisting with policy drafting and legislative matters; and providing day‑to‑day transactional counsel to government officials and their staff.
