Transactional Attorney

Our client, a well‑established boutique law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced transactional attorney to join their growing team. The incoming attorney will advise government clients on a wide range of transactional and compliance matters, including:

• Government contracting & procurement
• Real estate & title matters
• Policy development & implementation
• Commercial transactions
• Corporate governance & compliance
• Construction contracts
• Finance & banking
• Municipal contracts

Core responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of government and commercial contracts; advising clients on procurement regulations and compliance requirements; supporting real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and title matters; assisting with policy drafting and legislative matters; and providing day‑to‑day transactional counsel to government officials and their staff.

• 3+ years of recent transactional experience in a law firm setting
• Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university
• Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills
• Stable employment history
• Government law experience preferred but not required
