As our firm continues to grow, we’re seeking an Attorney to support our expanding practice. Experience in real estate matters, including closings, default/REO, and litigation is helpful, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who is thoughtful, sharp, professional, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work.

Our main office is located in Alpharetta, with satellite offices in Dawsonville and Buford, and we regularly conduct travel closings throughout the region to better serve our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with residential and/or commercial real estate closings
  • Support default and REO matters as applicable
  • Participate in real estate litigation matters, as needed
  • Draft, review, and analyze legal documents
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and related parties
  • Manage files, track deadlines, and maintain organized case documentation
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient and effective client service
Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters effectively
  • Professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, respectful approach to working with clients and colleagues
  • Willingness and ability to travel for closings within the region
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with real estate closings, title review, default/REO matters, or litigation
  • Familiarity with real estate transaction processes
